This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, restaurant with great views, and the fitness center. The staff helped with dining options during my first visit. Jeff was especially attentive, making my stay truly enjoyable. I can't wait to come back for a romantic escape!

Clean pool, parking close to the hotel. Luxury room with a breathtaking view, the balcony and a jacuzzi tub. Awesome breakfast with variety of delicious foods. Convenient location in Covington, close enough to Cincinnati, the zoo and restaurant.

The room had a great view from the 15th floor and a nice balcony, though we didn’t use it much during the day. The railing felt loose and unsafe, especially for families. The bed was off track on one side, and the linens looked unwashed. The musty smell lingered until we turned on the air conditioner. The bathroom was small and unrenovated. There were dirty towels in the hallway during our stay. The bar staff's behavior was unprofessional, and we even spotted a cockroach. While the dining experience was enjoyable, the room itself needs urgent updates.

The fantastic city view is a highlight, and the location is easy to navigate. The beds were comfortable, but that’s where the positives ended. I felt misled about the room rate, and cleanliness was lacking with debris in the first room. Staff seemed indifferent; after my flight delay, my reservation got lost, and they simply made me rebook at a higher rate. The noise from the nearby highway was intrusive, and the cold pool made for an uncomfortable swim. Attention to detail and customer service are clearly in need of improvement.

Had a blast staying here with friends! We caught an NFL game at nearby Paul Brown Stadium and loved hanging out in our Queen Guest Room with a Balcony. The views were awesome, and the location made it easy to explore. Check out the restaurant up top for great drinks and views- it was a highlight of our trip!

Great views and good vibes

The views of Cincinnati from our queen room were stunning! Loved hanging out at the cocktail booths in the restaurant while sipping drinks. The room was decent, but the bathroom could really use some TLC—like, the fixtures were kinda outdated. All in all, a fun spot to chill and enjoy the scenery!

Convenient to Great American Ball Park.

Booked well in advance for 3 King rooms. Had to cancel one, which was done 2 weeks in advance. Then we got to the hotel and were told that they only had 1 king room and 1 double room available. They said since we booked through Booked.net, they could not give us the rooms we requested. After speaking with a manager they finally worked it out. Very frustrating. Hotel clerk was rather rude. Guess if we stay there again we better book directly with the hotel so we get the rooms we request.

Good pick for a short visit in Covington with reasonable price. Staff was incredibly nice.
