Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront - Covington

Comfy beds improved our stay, but key maker issues were frustrating.

Clean pool, parking close to the hotel. Luxury room with a breathtaking view, the balcony and a jacuzzi tub. Awesome breakfast with variety of delicious foods. Convenient location in Covington, close enough to Cincinnati, the zoo and restaurant.

The view from the balcony showcased the Cincinnati skyline brilliantly. The sliding door allowed fresh air in while enjoying the crisp atmosphere.

The décor felt outdated, with some fixtures looking worn or damaged. Noise from the nearby highway was noticeable, especially at night. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with debris found on the floors and various marks on the walls.

I enjoyed my stay at Radisson in Covington. The stunning views of the Cincinnati skyline from my balcony added a special touch to my trip. Although the outdated fixtures could use an upgrade, the service was friendly and attentive, making my experience enjoyable.

Convenient to Great American Ball Park.

Booked well in advance for 3 King rooms. Had to cancel one, which was done 2 weeks in advance. Then we got to the hotel and were told that they only had 1 king room and 1 double room available. They said since we booked through Booked.net, they could not give us the rooms we requested. After speaking with a manager they finally worked it out. Very frustrating. Hotel clerk was rather rude. Guess if we stay there again we better book directly with the hotel so we get the rooms we request.

The room provided an very nice view of the Cincinnati skyline. I loved sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee, just taking it all in. The staff cheerfully accommodated my requests, giving me a warm welcome upon arrival. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the friendly demeanor of the team. The air conditioning unit was quite loud, hard to relax at times. I also encountered a plumbing issue. The shower drain was slow, leading to standing water during my showers. The hotel could use some updates . I had a nice stay but hoped for a bit more comfort and efficiency during my time there.

Enjoyed the view out my window, the employees were awesome and friendly and the food was amazing. Thank you radisson for making my stay a wonderful time.

The stay was primarily for attending the nearby music festival, which was a great experience overall. The view from the room was lovely, and the location was convenient with some nearby restaurants and attractions within walking distance. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with issues like debris and minor maintenance needed. While the staff members were accommodating, there was a noticeable lack of efficiency during peak times, especially at check-in.

The attentive staff ensured a smooth experience, highlighting their really good service. Though a few cleanliness details could use attention, the overall ambiance was great.
